Frequently asked questions

Can I participate remotely?
Yes. Telephone bidding with our operator and absentee bids are available. ID and the participant agreement are processed by notarised video session.
What does the lot expertise include?
Visual inspection of case, dial and bracelet against the reference; Witschi Q1 movement diagnostics; cross-reference with the manufacturer's archive. A written certificate is attached to the lot.
What commissions apply?
Buyer: 15% of the hammer price. Seller: 12% (8% without reserve). No hidden fees.
What if the lot doesn't sell?
The lot is returned to the seller within 5 business days. Storage and expertise remain free of charge.
How is the lot delivered?
Within Uzbekistan — by courier within 24 hours, free of charge, fully insured. CIS — DHL Express with our insurance, 3–5 days.
Do you accept watches for consignment?
Yes. Send photos via Telegram — we provide a preliminary appraisal within 24 hours.
Can I inspect the lot before the auction?
Yes. A preview exhibition is held 3 days before the sale at the Watcho office.
